A veterinarian implants the tiny microchip under your pet’s skin. Once activated, the chip stores your pet’s unique ID and connects to your PetWatch profile so shelters and vets can identify your pet if they are lost. Purchase the microchip through our Shop. It will be shipped to your vet!

For real-time GPS tracking, the PetWatch Smart Collar is required.

The Smart Collar tracks GPS location, daily activity, behavior patterns, and unusual movement. It sends instant alerts to the PetWatch mobile app if anything looks concerning.

Yes — GPS and AI behavior monitoring require a small monthly subscription to support the cellular and tracking network. Basic collar features still function without one.

The Home Beacon provides high-accuracy indoor tracking by creating a “home zone.” It detects when your pet enters or leaves the house and helps prevent escapes.

Battery life ranges from 3–7 days depending on activity level, GPS usage, and size. The collar charges with a standard USB-C cable.

Yes — the Smart Collar is water-resistant and safe for rain, mud, and splashes. It should not be fully submerged for long periods.

Absolutely! You can add multiple pets within the PetWatch mobile app. Each pet will have their own profile, collar, and tracking history.

The Smart Collar’s GPS tracking shows your pet’s real-time location on the PetWatch app. If someone finds your pet, any vet or shelter can scan the microchip and contact you instantly through your PetWatch profile.
